Great Weighted Rope
This thing really provides a good workout. I just wish the handles would spin in your hand but I understand.

Great rope, but no sleeve
I love the rope, provides a great workout. But like some, mine came with no nylon sleeve for the bottom and it looks as though it was a reship, someone had sent it back and they just sent it out to me, there was some wear on the bottom when I got it. I just took some good duct tape and wrapped the bottom as best as I could, but I will have to do this several times a year.Bob C

Why isn’t anyone talking about this?
I thought I was getting a really great deal for value, on paper it looks amazing, but this just isn’t the case. The bag:Cheap cheap cheap garbage. The ties on the bag are very thin plastic and won’t hold up well. The material of the bag itself is very low, I personally don’t think I’ll be using it which is a shame. The Massage ball:I doubt it’ll hold up for long, when I felt the material I was super disappointed. You know those head styrofoam for wigs? That’s what the massage ball feels like. Super light weight and not the right material. My advice is just to get a tennis ball. Seriously, we use those all the time in physical therapy, it’ll actually do what you’re intending it to do.Rope handles:It felt a bit like cheap plastic so with use I can imagine it’ll start to crack and maybe break off. Best you wrap them with some electric tape for both better grip and to protect and maintain the handles from any damage.Rope cover:So far I think the material is good and can hold a while. Obviously with continuous use eventually it’ll tear but I do believe it’ll last a decent amount of time. The Rope:The quality of the rope seems very good and is made as I expected it to be. I didn’t buy it for just jump roping but also rope flow and believe this will do the job. Would I have liked something better and stronger? Of course, but my use for this will eventually be a warm up once I’ve mastered the weight and move up to heavier ropes. So my intended use for this will be light. If your intention is to use it very often, you might need to consider another kind of rope, or keep in mind to buy a replacement cover as often as need to make the rope last longer. The workout guide:Has advance users and beginner. It’s not too beginner friendly other than just simple jump rope, but the advance one really does know how to switch up how you jump rope differently. It’s all broken down by just a few seconds for each movement and then as sets but honestly once you get to the advanced part do what feels good for your body. Some of the movements can be more demanding on your joints as you switch to single leg. Avoid injury! Slowly work yourself up to the rest.

Nice
This isn’t exactly light weight is is 3 pounds, so it’s not going to be late when you use it. It is a really good product. I did notice that it is slightly hard to hold while using because my hands kept moving up and down which caused friction and I got some burns on my hands so definitely use gloves if you find that your hands slide a lot on the handle. This item is very effective and I was sweating within minutes.

Great rope
Do not underestimate the weight. 3lbs sounds nothing, but when you swing the rope, it will feel heavier with centrifugal force. Also it is one thing to do a couple of jumps, but another if you use it for 10 minutes. I do not recommend it for beginners. Another thing, it rotates slower than regular jumping rope, so you can not use it to do speed skipping.
