While on an extended holiday abroad, I discovered Nicky’s channel on YouTube. It inspired me to take a greater interest in cooking, and I bought this book to delve a little more deeply into it. I absolutely love it. It’s packed with a great range if recipes, categorised for simple reference. One thing I really love is the fact that each recipe page carries a QR code which enables the reader to go directly to a video of the dish being created. A real confidence builder.I thoroughly recommend this book. I’m now an enthusiastic convert to cooking at home.

Brilliant easy to make recipes. I don’t think there’s a cookbook I’ve used more. There’s so many delicious recipes.

I was quite surprised when looking through the book how many recipes I liked. I have had this book for a while now and have made quite a few. They were simple recipes and easy to follow. Most of the cook books I have bought only contained only one or two recipes that were worth using, but this one is a real gem, laid out well with lots of useful photographs. This one will definitely not end up in the charity shop.

I love the selection of recipes and each recipe is very easy to understand. The ingredients for each recipe is carefully chosen to get the best flavour possible. I would highly recommend this cookbook.

I found Kitchen Sanctuary on YouTube. I love that her recipes are simple, quick and just delicious. The directions are sooooo simple and you are using real ingredients (not cans of Campbells cream of soups). Not only that you can watch the video of her cooking her recipes. They are usually under 10 minutes. Just an absolutely awesome cook. I've tried at least 15+ of her recipes in the last 6 weeks and my husband and I have loved every single recipe. Thumbs up+++++++++++++

Eine schöne Ansammlung von lecker klingenden Rezepten. Ich habe mir schon reichlich markiert, um diese auszuprobieren. Gut finde ich, das zu jedem Rezept ein Foto und Video gibt.

I purchased this book online today (in digital format, instant purchase).After reading it and studying the recipes I am so happy with the purchase. The recipes I have studied are wonderful and very family friendly. I keep a pantry with a full range of herbs and spices so these meals only require the fresh ingredients. Can’t wait to cook my first meal. Very happy!!
