I read online that ZMA was good for boosting testosterone (the zinc) and that magnesium and B6 (vitamin A) make a good combination for deep sleep and regulating the body's sleep rhythms.I am very pleased with the results. I've never slept deeper. I should have been taking this years ago. The magnesium also helps eliminate leg cramps and such, especially at night. ZMA absorption is best just after going to bed so it is most effective to take before bed on an empty stomach.I haven't really evaluated the helpful effects for workout strength and workout recovery but the zinc is supposed to be good for that. It's worth taking for the sleep benefits alone.Edit: I have to mention that the capsules can be hard to swallow. The size isn’t bad but they float in a way where they tend to go down lengthwise. Make sure you use enough water to get them down.
