Design is nice and simple. One box cake works perfect

Received it yesterday too late to use. Made a plain pound cake with the pan this morning. Stable, great bake. Turning the cake out of the pan was VERY easy due to the pan’s side handles. EASY to clean. Would like a larger one.

The pan creates a lovely cake and cleans up easily. However, the bottom of the pan is not very sturdy; if you lift the pan up by the handles while it is full of raw batter, the bottom of the pan stretches downwards several inches and would cause batter to overflow through the center cone. I had to carefully slide the pan onto a baking sheet in order to cook it. I could not lift it off a flat surface to place on a wire oven rack without the pan overflowing.

Dare I say it works better than a tin baking pan

We use these for our bakery and they work perfectly. Bought a few sets and very happy with them.

I needed a new pan after my non-stick coating started to flake off on my other pan. I decided to make a bread that I had made multiple times and was aware of how it should normally cook in the pan style.First of all, put the silicone pan on a cookie tray before you fill it. It was just by chance that I did that.I made zucchini bread, it barely fit in this pan and using the same cooking temperature, I had to cook it for an hour and 45 minutes vs the typical 55 minutes. When it finally finished cooking I let it sit for a few minutes. It didn’t come out nicely at all. It came out in crumbled pieces and the inside wasn’t cooked evenly.To add insult to injury it was a huge pain to clean.

When it comes out of the oven the design is beautiful. Does not stick and easy to flip.

Smaller than expected and it needs directions. Have to put it on a pan to retain its shape in the oven.

Use for breads and cakesOnce I pour the batter into the pan, I sit it on the edges of another loaf pan that I place underneath so the design is not flattened.It s ok but would not buy again
