Well let me tell you my boyfriend was in the bathroom and I had to pee so in like perfect time to try out my female urinal device so it says you can be fully clothed well let's just say I'm so glad my butt was at the house because I went to use it wearing jeans and let's just say I immediately had to shower and put.my jeans in the washer.... So yes it leaked and all down my pants it was embarrassing thank God I was at home.

Unfortunately this doesn't hold a large sum of liquid. The top also leaks. If you need it for camping or for more than one person I would look for a larger one.
