BUD Industries JB-3960 Steel NEMA 1 Sheet Metal Junction Box with Lift-Off Screw Cover, 10" Width x 10" Height x 4" Depth, Gray Finish, Pack of 2

My first time working with an electrical box and this box fits my intended purpose perfectly. I needed a large box to run some wiring through that would sit flush with the drywall on 2x4 studs. This fit the bill perfectly! I am slowly working my way through the project of adding a couple 220 circuits for the garage and a plug for my workbench. Still a work in progress but was so happy with this box that I wanted to get a review out for it as the one review with one star kind of had me worried. This box is of superb build quality and has a nice powder coat finish that will look nice enough in my finished garage. My ability to cut a proper hole in the drywall still needs some perfecting though.

More heavy duty for my project in combining Ham Radio remote coax switches for HF and UHF and accessing by internet. It is a heavy duty box and I am happy on this purchase

Very competitive Prices, and I love it!

The box is good and works as advertised. I would give 5 stars but have an issue with a price increase of 40% !!!! withing 2 weeks of my last order. That's rediculous.

Overall metal quality is great, the box is square with no lopsided tendencies. That said, the holes drilled out for the lid don't even come close to matching the lid itself. at any given point you can only align one screw hole. One is drilled nearly into the side of the box, another nearly to the inside lip of the box. So it means wasting time drilling out your own holes to fix the crappy job the manufacturer did.

I used this to house my home built CNC machine's electronics. Worked perfectly and very rugged.

Used it to build a receiver. Was just what we needed.
