The little pies are pretty cute but these were a little difficult to work with. Using the bottom to cut with doesn't work well. The edges need to be sharper instead of flat to go through the dough more easily. There's also an issue of the cut out not being big enough due to the dip where the filling goes in so I ended up just putting the dough in and using a knife to cut the shape out. It was fairly easy to press the dough together but I believe others who reviewed may not have used an egg wash or anything to make the dough sticky.

I wish there was a booklet with directions and suggestions. But the pie tins themselves are awesome.

Not only spray these molds with cooking spray but ALSO DUST WITH FLOUR. It's the only way to get a reasonably perfect hand pie.

We bought these to make hand pies for testing, they were so nice! They don’t hold alot of filling, but it seemed equally rationed dough:filling. Our customers love them and they’re so easy to use.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Makes adorable little hand pies and I love the selection of styles.

These are so hard to use & to cleanThe cutter doesn’t completely cut the holes out.And the dough gets stuck in the holes and it is so hard to clean out. So you use it one time then have to wash it to get the holes empty to make the second pie. I try to get the dough out with a knife and my sink sprayer.You definitely have to use these several times to get the technique down. They are a challenge and time consuming to do.

These make the cutest little pies. Easy to use, with store bought pie crusts. So many types of filling can be used! I also bought the Christmas pie molds. Fun to make, especially with the grandkids.
