Q: will this fit a wahoo kickr BIKE?

Yes. Have my kickr on it. The board has slots where you put Velcro straps through and strap the bike to it. Only took me a few minutes to figure out how to strap it for maximum security. I went back and forth with whether I wanted a full rocker board or was ok with side to side motion only. For the price difference, this side to side only board is fantastic. The only fiddly part is getting my hands in between the two boards to run the straps and put the balls in. I would probably put the balls in before I put the weight of the bike on top of the board next time I set it up.

Q: Watching the short video clip, looks like there is fore and aft movement not just side to side. Is that the case?

It is designed for side to side only. I have mine on a mat on top of fairly thick carpeting and I do get a little bit of fore and aft movement but I think it’s due to the carpet.
