Some of the reviews had me skeptical of ordering this but I am so glad I did. Not only did it ship and arrive when they said it would both the unit and the bench for both in the same box and arrived at the same time. Super easy to assemble and the quality of the keyboard is excellent. Sound is exceptional and the keyboards feels sturdy and made to last. This is an absolute great value for your money if you are looking to purchase an item like this. This was for a beginner so I was not looking to spend a lot but the quality that I got for the amount that I spent is exceptional. If you're looking to purchase something like this and are hesitant don't be My experience was absolutely wonderful!!

I am loving this new piano. It’s such a perfect size and the weight of the keys is good. The sound is good. I took piano lessons many years ago and haven’t played in ages, but realized I would find it enjoyable and relaxing to play with the easy piano books. So even for an adult it’s very satisfying highly recommend purchasing this piano. It is the same type of wood that your kitchen cabinets might be made out of. It’s kind of a satin finish white formica and it actually has a padded bench that opens to put your music in.

Working as expected

Overall this is a good product but I have noticed when I press some keys the sound is much softer. I thought it was maybe weak fingers but then my husband played and made the same comment before I even told him about it. The bench is very rickety but it’s still a good deal with all that’s included here (bench, stand, keyboard). I priced everything separately before purchasing and this was hard to pass up after seeing how much even just a bench is! Assembly was easy but recommend two people to prevent damage to the unit.

I am new to Piano's and absolutely love it volume is very adjustable the headphones work great with it and the weighted keys help learning it easier

It's a lovely piano and perfect for a hallway or smaller space. I can only give it 3 stars because of the lack of quality control and poor packaging. First off, it was thrown in the box, polystyrene was broken up and a right, bitty, mess. Second one of the brackets on the support leg was defective and bent upwards, likely a factory error. I decided to bend it with some tools and fix it enough to make it work, but this isn't the customer's job. One of the black keys was also loose which I also fixed. For the money however, I expected none of the quality control issues that I ran into. This is also a problem for folks who choose to return because the shipping was $80 and I don't know if the original shipping would have been reimbursed if I had opted to return it. Do better, because the product is actually very nice. The problems I experienced aside, I would recommend it but pray you don't get a defective one.

Had an issue the first piano. Could’ve been shipping. Sound didn’t turn on after first power off. Because it was a gift, we hid it until my daughters birthday and didn’t check it out right away. But contacted seller and it was replaced immediately. Seller was great and responsive with communication! My daughter loves this piano and it’s beautiful in our living room when she’s not practicing.

This piano was delivered early and produces excellent sound with great weighting on the keys. Very happy with this purchase. For the low price, it's fantastic.
