Yashiya Fabric Ottoman Stool, Grey

I received this order as was promised. I had to put it together and it was very easy. It takes up little space and it provides the function as I needed it for. You can not only rest your feet on it, it is sturdy enough to sit on it fairly comfortably. I didn't know how well it would look in the small area in which I needed it, but it fits fine goes well with my décor. It also seems to be well made.

Love this bench/stool. Purchased this for my 2 little dogs for getting onto our bed. They do not like pet stairs as they are too narrow so I had been using a foot stool to one of my chairs from our living room. This foot still looks much nicer than pet stairs, less expensive, well made and blends with my bedroom furniture. Dogs are happy and so are we!

I returned a much smaller ottoman and replaced it with this one. It was super easy to put together and it is very sturdy and comfortable. Just the right height and width for sitting in a wing chair and enjoying a good book.

The product itself looks really nice and matches perfectly with my Ikea Stockholm furniture (walnut color). I’m using it as an entryway bench under my shoe rack and since my space is very limited the size If this bench is perfect.AssemblingAs almost every review has mentioned it, the design is poor. The space where the bolts go is recessed, so you can only get the allen wrench in and turn about a quarter of a turn at a time. There is no room for a drill or even to get full turns on the screw. Also, the quality of the allen wrench provided is very bad, so after the 2nd screw its was worn out. Luckily I keep some spare tools so I used a different one. Finally, when you attach the seat cushion you just have to guess where the screws will go which is very poor design.I would have rated this product 5 stars if the assembly part had been better designed. It isn’t hard, just annoying.

I bought the ottoman only because I was buying the matching chair, but I'm glad that I got them both: this is the perfect height to rest my legs on, the size is generous, the padding is supportive, the look is clean. I also really like how light the ottoman is and how easy it is to slide it around on the rug -- those might not seem like great qualities at first, but I'd been using a vintage four-legged stool with my old rocking chair and it was hard to slide so I had to maneuver my way around it EVERY TIME (while holding a sleeping infant). With just a nudge I can move this ottoman out of my way or pull it closer to use. It's great.

Usually when I read furniture reviews I ignore anything that seems like a person just didn't know how to put the product together. I consider myself pretty handy and usually have no issues constructing furniture. This bench was a bit of an exception. The base of it goes together pretty simply. Though the design itself is a bit poor as where the bolts go is recessed so you can only get the allen wrench in and turn about a quarter of a turn at a time. There is no room for a drill or even to get full turns on the screw. This wasn't a deal breaker just annoying. What I see as the real problem for most people is that when you go to put the top/cushion on there are no holes or guides to attach it. You literally just sit the base on and have to screw into it. The screws that come with the unit for this are pretty meh. The first screw I used stripped out of whatever cheap wood is making up the base. Luckily I had some more aggressive wood screws in my garage and decided to use those instead. Once I made the switch it went together nicely. The key is just making sure the legs are centered on the cushion. Overall after assembly the unit isn't too bad but I can see assembly shying many people away.

I had a little bit of trouble putting this together myself but I would say it’s complicated. Just a few pieces have to be screwed together. Just make sure the homes are facing the right direction. Color is gray with brown wood legs. Looks really nice and so far seems to be great quality. My jack Russell uses this to jump on and off the bed.

The only problem in assembly was the hole in the middle. Because instructions were only drawings with no written instructions, I assembled with small opening out. The large opening must be out or cushion does not attach. Otherwise easy to do. It is a good size and sturdy.

Bought two for added seating in our living room to replace our currently sagging foam filled poufs. They are just the right height and size for our coffee table and the grey colour suits our decor. Easy to put together, the wood is solid and nicely stained. Feels like the foam should hold up to lots of use. The fabric is of decent quality.

J'ai retourné ce produit car les vis fournies étaient trop courtes et une autre défectueuse. Le banc est de bonne qualité mais faut courir les vis a la quincaillerie pour l'assembler, Très dommage !
