It takes CR2032 batteries and yes it has 3 different kinds of heights now ,1.88'',2.71''&3.27'',just choose the one you prefer.

I think you’re asking does the remote work on all other batteries. The answer to that would be if they are the same brand. I have the short tea lights and I also have the next size up from same company and yes remote works on both, so I keep the other remote as a spare. I would not purchase these candles again. Even though you turn the candles off with the remote it still keeps drawing on the batteries and within 48 hours your candles will start blinking like they’re giving out of juice. The flame will keep going but the batteries will flicker constantly. I have some other candles that are small but are not remote control and they have been perfect for over a month. They are a bit more expensive. I got 2 in a pack for $18.00. If you plan to keep these candles and continue using them I would suggest that you buy a large pack of batteries. I actually purchased three packs of batteries from Amazon and there were 10 batteries per pack for $9.00. They are the Panasonic batteries. Good luck.

Q: How many replacement batteries come with this?

Mine did not come with any replacement batteries but you can easily buy them off Amazon!

Using the remote, the candles turned on one time and would not turn on again. Tried manually to turn on and didn't work so I changed the batteries and still do not work.
