Bose quality
The sound is absolutely the best! The quality of these speakers is top notch. The elegant look with glass top makes the competitors get even closer to this craftsmanship. I own lots of Bose products including professional level Pro8 and every single one of them is amazing!

Superior audio...
As I have several Bose speakers from the smallest to the mid-sized ones. I have nothing but praise for Bose and the quality of sound they produce. I recommend them to anyone that will listen and prove it by letting them hear the sound quality anytime I have company too.

Amazing quality and soundstage, BOSE is on fire with this one!
Although technically not that small, it has a svelt appearance and really belts out the sound. The soundstage is beyond belief, voices are crisp and clear. Being designed specifically as a soundbar and not a HDMI switching device makes it perfect for people with newer eARC HDMI capability, yielding very smooth operations with no picture interruptions.

Phenomenal Sound
Installed the 900 series soundbar and 700 series subwoofer using a standard ARC HDMI connection to a Samsung Series 6 TV. Set the TV audio output to Dolby Digital+ and followed the Bose configuration instructions. Had zero issues and was streaming Vudu movies in Atmos in no time. I’m shocked at how well the bar is able to simulate rear speakers. I have a set of 700 series surround speakers on the way but I can honestly say that I’m 100% satisfied without them. I never would have guessed to have that level of surround sound from a soundbar and sub alone. I’ve set up many high end surround sound systems over the years and this setup sounds as good or better than any of them. I 100% recommend this product.

It was great for about 2 months, then it started to not pair with Bluetooth until it finally wouldn't pair at all. After working with tech support at Bose, I found out that there is an internal error in the unit. Amazon refused to allow me to return it them, so I had to get a direct return label from Bose. It was supposed to be repaired within 10 weeks. I contacted Bose and asked where is it... It's June and I returned it 4 months ago. They said that it is on "hold" for lack of parts at the manufacturer. Are you kidding me?? They have no idea when they will be able to repair it so it sits on their service table... Still in the box... Not repaired and collecting dust! I will Never buy Bose equipment again!! They should send me a new one or at least one that is used that works until the parts come into their manufacturer. So... I've bought a Sony soundbar and of course, it won't pair with the Bose subwoofer or the Bose back speakers. The geek squad told me that they have been repairing this Bose unit nonstop because others are running into the same problem with a breakdown in Bluetooth pairing. Think twice before you buy!

We replaced a 28 year old Bose speaker system still worked fine but was so outdated, so you can see why I wanted to stay with Bose, I can say this system is unbelievable the quality top, and so is the sound it puts out, highly recommend

Keeps disconnecting
I’ve had it for a year and a half now and it keeps having issues connectivity issues whether wired or unwired. I generally have to call Bose every couple months if I can’t reset it myself but I had to send it back in for a repair this last time because even that wasn’t working. Beware the repairs can take a long time. It takes 10 days to get it there, if you send it through them, and it’s almost two weeks and they haven’t started working on it yet. I called to check on it and the customer rep said they’ve been having a lot of problems with this series and often have to exchange it for a different model. Disappointing considering I had the same model for 20+ years before this without an issue.
