Neck & Shoulder Cordless Heating Pad

This items works great! The weight holds the pad in place and I love that you can walk around with it on! I was worried it might not get as warm/hot as the ones with the plug but it works wonderfully!

Warms up well and feels nice. Fabric is soft and it seems to work as intended so far.

We needed a cordless neck and shoulder heating pad. While there is a lot that I really like about this Pure Enrichment heating pad, the battery is frustrating.First, the size of the pad is perfect. It’s filled with glass beads that are dispersed throughout so it doesn’t all fall to the bottom like some other pads I’ve had in the past. The weight is just right – the beads are weighted but not too heavy. The unit heats up pretty fast and has several different temperature adjustments. It heats from 110 – 140. I kind of wish there was a 150 degree F setting too but I like heat more than most people probably do. I love having a cordless pad so I’m not stuck next to an outlet using it. There are magnetic clasps that hold the pad in place and they stick together pretty well so I haven’t had this fall off me while I was moving around. I also like that this is so soft and it can be thrown in gentle cycle of the washer and dryer.The thing I don’t like is that due to size and weight limitations of the battery (so the product is not obnoxiously heavy), the battery power is low. Meaning that on the highest setting it lasts less than an hour, and on the lowest setting, just over two hours. It would be ok if you could swap it out with a regular USB power bank, but this pad uses a special proprietary battery that plugs directly into an outlet to charge. You can’t use the pad while it’s charging. It would be nice if the company sold an extra battery or switched to a regular USB drive so you could swap it out and have longer than an hour.Overall, I do like the design, weight, ease of use, adjustable temperatures, and portability of this pad. The quality seems good! I like that it’s so comfortable. It just falls short on the heating element

I was super impressed the first time I used this product. It fits comfortably and warms up fast. It's very lightweight, making it easy to move around the house, which I consider a standout feature. My only "complaint" is the short battery life, but it does charge up quickly.Product Suggestions:It would be helpful if the product could be used without the battery, so it’s still functional even if the battery isn’t charged. Additionally, offering the option to purchase extra batteries would be a nice feature -- I would buy one.This product exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to any one with neck and shoulder pain. Great alternative to using medicine

This weighted heating pad is perfect for soothing achy shoulders at the end of a hard day. The weight provides a firm pressure that soothes without making me feel weighed down. I was skeptical that the magnetic closure would stay closed, but the magnets are surprisingly strong and stay in place really well. I usually wear this when I'm watching tv or working, and it's very comfy and effective. The plush fabric feels soft and luxurious on my skin.The level of heat is perfect for me. When I use a heating pack I want strong heat, and this heating pad provides that. On the highest setting I even had to take it off after a while on a cold day because it was working too well! The battery pack is light and seems to last a long time.The only complaint I have is that the battery pack is powered by/charges with an AC adapter as opposed to USB-C. If I lose the battery pack, I can't just plug in another battery pack, and the battery pack can only be charged using the included adapter, which is inconvenient.Overall, this is a really nice heating pack that is really helps with minor shoulder aches and pains. It's convenient to wear around the house because the battery pack means I'm not chained to the nearest power outlet. It would also make a great gift for a freind or family member.

I had to return it as it would not get hot only mildly warm.
