Poor quality
Bought November 2021 as a Christmas present, 13 months after purchase stick failed. Paraben support advise a factory reset. Not a lot of use if you were intending the photostick to be a backup for your photos.

Extremely easy to use
After lots of searching I found the photo stick universal. I had previously owned photo flash drives that did not remove duplicates. So much time wasted. Now all I need to do is attach my my photo backup stick Omega to any one of my devices. Within a few minutes it has sorted any duplicates and left me a note telling me what it done and even changed the format if I had asked it to do so.The fun part is to use the photo viewer. I can view and edit any photo instantly from each of my computers without moving my photo backup device.When I had a problem with a very old laptop I contacted “Paraben” The help was immediate and with much patience. Thank you “paraben”

Did not work Sent back
Bought this as a xmas present. Spent half a day trying to use it on my android phone and computer. Managed after hours to download 3000 + photos from phone but could only view a few thumbnails and could do nothing else! Computer said drive had a fault, could not fix and Incompatible. I gave up and have sent it back for a refund. VERY DISAPOINTED!

Avoid
256Gb, can only get 122Gb to store photo’s and Paraben will not answer several email help enquiries. I have tried a dozen times and factory reset the stick and still it won’t work.Next stop is ask Amazon for help.

Absolutely awful, especially for that money!
App took an hour to download with multiple trys. When it did eventually download it wouldn't open. Kept saying not responding!!! Absolute waste of money. Reviews on app are AWFUL and wish I could have seen those first. Don't waste your money and time on this product!
