Absolute Garbage
Not at all what is pictured. It arrived with the parts jammed in a box that was too small for the items. The box was overstuffed, and the top was ripped off. Parts were missing, but the branches there looked NOTHING like what was shown. Returning the product has been difficult as the agent dragged the box down 4 flights of stairs, only to return dragging it back up to say he wouldn't take it as he was on a two-wheeler.??? The box is about a meter tall and no more than 24cm square. So, I am still waiting to get rid of the garbage of a failed purchase.

Fraudulent production
The tree I received is in no way a match to the tree in display. I'm terribly disappointed. The material is of inferior quality. The number of branches is only three. The branches don't start from the bottom. There is huge gap between the stand and the branches.Such a fake, fake, fake product.

Christmas tree
The tree that arrived was not even close to anything that was advertised. Height is 7 ft but I can count literally 20 scares branches where there are no branches 2 feet from down. Total disappointment & very flimsy.
