Question 1

Is there a recent change or is this a different modelJust bought these and they aren't as soft & cushiony as other plain black oofos slides I've had.

I just got a second pair (Apr 2020), a few months after the first (Feb 2020), and I also think the foam has changed. I also got the plain black model, which might be significant. The foam sole is less soft and bouncy, which is why I liked them. I think this is a big change in the product.

Question 2

If these are unisex sizes do I order what I wear in women's sizes or do I convert to men's?

On 8/6/2022, I  went to a retail outlet that only had the unisex sizes. I normally wear a women’s size 9 1/2, but in the flip flops and slides, unisex sizing, the women’s 8 men’s 6 fit well. Seem to run quite a bit bigger than normal sizing.

Question 3

Is the sandal as pictured in the photo, or does it have the large "oo" on the toe? im looking for the sandal pictured, not the new style. thank you.

It has the "OO" on the outside of each heel (as shown in the picture), but nothing on the toe.  I love these and never take them off when I am home!  My husband has two pair and it is the same for him.  Great sandal!!

What if I have Neuropathy, also wear 8to 9 shoe, any suggestions?

All styles of OOFOS footwear have the same patented footbed design and are made of OOfoam.
WHOLE SIZES:
If you normally wear a whole size, order the same whole size of OOFOS. Our shoes have a medium-width footbed, but please keep in mind that everyone’s feet are different and the sizing is not the same for everyone.

HALF SIZES:
If you normally wear a half size:
Women: we suggest ordering a half size UP for best fit.
Men: we suggest ordering a half size DOWN for best fit.

CLOGS:
The footbed of each pair of OOFOS shoes is the same, so the OOCloog should fit the same as other OOFOS. However, some people find that they need to size up in the OOCloog, due to it being closed-toe. Particularly in the colder weather, people tend to wear socks with the clog, as well, so we do recommend sizing up if you are questioning the size.
