Very good product

I bought this sewing machine as a Christmas present and was initially impressed by the amount of “stuff” that came with it—lots of extras to get started. Unfortunately, the machine itself is not built to last. The upper tensioner kept breaking the thread no matter how much I adjusted it. The cord for the pedal is ridiculously short, making it difficult to use on adjustable tables. The needle broke after just a few hours of use. Even after replacing it, the machine won’t stitch properly. To make matters worse, the manufacturer’s website provides no clear support contact. I eventually found an email but never got a response. Overall, this product is poorly designed, lacks durability, and has terrible customer support. A complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

It is small, but great for beginners

This was so great. My 11 year old granddaughter is making gifts for everyone. Love it

Honestly a pretty good deal. It comes with so many things and easy to read instructions. It’s a decent sewing machine to start with for a great price. My husband and I had so much fun practicing and it’ll be very useful for fixing our work uniform.

The top thread kept getting disconnected while my daughter is using it. Good for a little kid because it is more of a toy and for small projects. No other stitch pattern available. ***UPDATE: used 3rd time to make a miniskirt. Needle broke, replaced it, but the machine will not work and not sewing anymore. You get what you paid for, 3 uses.

Recipient had it up and running in record time in Christmas Eve! She loves it.
