I was introduced to this seasoning by a friend and could usually find it at Ross. When they stopped carrying it I turned to Amazon. I love to use a bit of it on plain Mac and cheese. It makes the dish taste bright and has a tiny kick, which makes it perfect in my book. I also add it to soups and most things Mexican that I cook, especially carne asada.

Delicious spice mix!
Delicious not just on proteins but also stirred into rice to make a Mexican style rice for taco night. One of my go-to spice mixes! It can get a bit clumpy and pours out quickly, but it is versatile and not overly salty.

Service was disappointing
I love this spice. Ordered 2 from same place. Seller decided to ship separately… One arrived and the other never did. One was a gift…. So I had to give mine away. Very disappointing. Why it was done this way is unclear… Not sure I ever got a credit.
