Using this after a bath helps get a bunch of extra loose hair out of her coat. It also seems to sooth her skin, so she doesn't get dry flakey skin after her bath. It also makes her coat super smooth and soft. Washing takes away all her natural coat oils, and this product seems to aleviate any problems associated with removing all the natural oils (dry skin, rough coat, itchy skin, and lack of sheen on coat). It also seems to help with my minor allergies in that it reduces dander. I used it once between baths and it helped get loose hair out and it got some dirt out of her coat. It also made her shiny and got rid of the dirty dog smell.
