Good quality vest. I like how it’s adjustable and breathable. Very comfortable to wear while working out. Definitely makes you sweat! I ordered a size XL and I should have order a Large. I feel like this vest runs a little large but you can adjust the difference so it works!

I thought this thing was going to be too small when I unboxed and super uncomfortable if I was able to magically get it done up. To my amazement it not only was I able to get it on properly, it was super comfortable too. It was weird seeing my actual body shape once my extra skin was supported, I also started sweating right away. I purchased this solely because I needed support while working out and have extra skin and very little abdominal muscle tone due to giving birth to 11lb+ babies. I need something to support during (CrossFit) workouts while I get fit for mommy makeover and this legit is part of my daily workout attire now. It held everything where it needed to be, allowed me to breath and move freely during hardcore workouts, AND an added bonus of providing back support and movement control to have proper form during weightlifting, burpees, and more. Will purchase more!

Make sure you order 2 to 3 larger than your regular size. I normally wear a 20w - 22wso I ordered a 3X. I really need at least a 5x. Other than size, this is very sturdy shape vast.

UPDATE!!! Well gotta say this works fantastic for workouts. I got this 10 days ago. Could barely get it fastened on the first hooks and needed my husband help me get it zipped up. 10 days later along with my diet, exercise and this product I am now on the last hook and can easily zip it up myself. I’m excited to see where I will be in the next 2 weeks. More than likely will be looking to get into the largeI just received this product yesterday. I ordered an x-large and can snap it on the first hook…it’s a little hard to zip up but once I did it fits great. I have t tried working out in it yet which is why the 3 stars at the moment. I’ll try that later today and provide an updated review. I already feel it helping with posture and already feel it working with the sweat factor without too much exertion. I’m excited to see how this works

Wrong sizing, says 3x size,recommended also by Amazon based off my weight and measurements. It doesn't reach past my ribs,so I cannot hook nor zip it. Previous reviews were not helpful.

OK so I was scared when I bought this because I ordered a medium before I looked at the size chart, but turns out the medium actually fits very well as you can see in the video. I am actually on the last hook but I refuse to go to a small just yet. It fits perfectly and I got a great sweat with no enhancements no creams just me and the best we will be purchasing again.

Este chaleco faja fue la mejor compra que he hecho para lo que yo necesito, me gusta ir mucho a correr y hacer mis ejercicios desde hace mucho tiempo necesitaba una faja para poder sudar y quemar grasa de mi abdomen. Es muy cómoda muy buena calidad es un buen material. Yo la recomiendo 100% para todas las damitas que buscan tonificar su abdomen, con ayuda del ejercicio y también muy cómoda para llevarla al trabajo.
