Some great recipes, but even better tips. I've been watching him on utube for ages and am now thoroughly enjoying his book. Just wish I was as clever as he is.

Great useable kitchen hacks coupled with recipes. It's an excellent gift idea.

I enjoy collecting and using cook books and this is one of my favorites. Some wonderful uses of kitchen gadgets that will make preparation and cooking that much easier. Book is well done, great pictures, enjoy the layout, and interesting recipes that will be great for dinner parties. Chef Chapple seems to have a mastery of the kitchen and a way to present that makes it easy to try. Overall, I gives this book an A+ and highly recommend.
