Purchased the black cartridge just for a test case. Installed it and worked fine for a few weeks, then started streaking and leaving gaps where there should be ink, I suspected that might happen having tried non-branded cartridges before. Replaced with an original HP and cleaned the heads, everything works properly now, NEVER had any issues with the printer in the previous 3 years we have owned it. Buyer beware as these reman or offshore products just don't seem to work well in this type of application, wish I had of heeded the reviews I had read before, but, sometimes you just have to try to find out for your self..... good luck.

I bought these because I accidentally updated my printers firmware and no longer can use the X model ink. These will work with compatible HP printers, and actually put out great prints with the right paper. Your printer will yell at you that it’s not genuine ink. Honestly who gives a hoot
