If it’s not working for you you need to consider what the weather is doing. If you spray it today and it rains tonight or tomorrow then it will be washed off. I have two acres and a lot of plants that both rabbits/deer like such as hosta, day Lillie’s, tulips and other soft greens. Go with the concentrate and follow the instructions on the bottle. I use it as directed the first two weeks then I use about 8-10 oz after that per gallon. I spray every week for 4-6 weeks, then every other week for the rest of the season. If you do it right you won’t see either animal near your plants for a couple of days. What you’re doing is training the “locals” that your plants have a fowl taste and they learn not to eat them. Be sure to wear gloves and be careful where you spray, especially on a windy day. When sprayed on the plant, it leaves a unappealing white residue. I've had desperately hungry deer still eat the flower petals sprayed with this repellant but for most part, it does seem to work well enough. If it rains, you definitely need to reapply to maintain its effectiveness. I like to spray around ground near the plant rather than the plants themselves to prevent the white residue.
