Very pleased with this product. It has a good selection of programmes and is easy to use. The grey colour is much more practical than white. Good price, good buy.

I wanted some posh microwave. I looked at all the posh ones and their posh prices. I ended up getting this (because poverty) but I’m actually really happy with it. I didn’t need some Gucci microwave to get the same soup splashes inside. It’s actually decent quality, looks good on the side and does the job. Save your money, buy this and use the leftover budget for something else. I don’t have any negatives. It’s a microwave and looks like a decent microwave.

Seems like an ok microwave - fits nicely in my tiny kitchen, looks pretty smart, doesn't require a degree in electronics to work it and overall, does the job. Doesn't seem quite as powerful as previous microwaves I have owned and does seem to take a little longer to cook/warm etc...but once you have the measure of that, it's good.

Bought in March, stopped working in July.Was fine for the very short time it lasted.

I'm really pleased with this purchase. It's easy to use after reading the plain and simple instruction booklet (thankyou) I think it's really good value for the price, it's also a smart looking machine.

Bought in November, stopped working in January. Never really used it that much. Things seemed to take ages to heat up in it. Had it on and could smell a hot smell, after 3 minutes jacket potato still stone cold. Put on again, still horrible hot smell, touched top and side of microwave, it was boiling hot, took potato out, still cold then microwave just died. Turned off at wall and sent it back. Still awaiting refund.

I was a bit unsure about ordering this item because it had no reviews at that time. I wanted something cheap and simple to use. So far I am very pleased with it, works well, easy to use, easy to clean. It also arrived very quickly and was packaged perfectly. Can't fault it!

Ordered this item the first time and it did not work. Returned the item and ordered it again a few months later. The microwave came in it’s packaging fully intact. Upon opening the packaging, we saw the microwave had dents all over, one causing the door to not close fully. Contacted the seller and after sending photo and video evidence, they did not respond for 2 months. I contacted them again and was issued a small, partial refund.
