Fire tv stick
The Amazon Fire TV Stick has exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to set up and turns any TV into a smart TV in just minutes. The interface is intuitive and fast, giving access to a wide range of apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Turned my slightly older TV into a smart(ish) TV!!!
The TV in my bedroom isn't new (2014), but still works great. Not a smart TV but definitely not junk that needs replacing. I didn't want to run cable all over the house so I was using an old chromecast device to throw my streaming from my phone to it (which means I can't use my phone and watch TV at the same time). I got around that by using a phone no longer on my service, but still worked for this off my WiFi. It works ok that way but some streaming services gave me trouble. Finally broke down and ordered a Fire Stick. For $18 I turned my plain old TV into what is basically a smart TV! Or at least smart enough I can access everything I need to right from the Fire Stick remote which even has voice command. I can even use Roku and other free Internet streaming services that my old set up wouldn't let me. It's easy to set up, easy to use and turns out to be exactly what I needed!!! All for less than $20!

Easy to set up and use
Easy to set up and works perfectly fine. As time goes, you will need new firesticks to replace the old ones that will stop working. But it take years before they go out. I'm satisfied and it does exactly what it is supposed to.

Great customer service
This fire stick lasted LESS THAN A YEAR! What a scam! 🤬 In general I love Amazon, but these fire sticks are TERRIBLE and DO NOT LAST AT ALL!Amazon customer service called me. Apparently fire stick de-registered itself! No known reason. The agent walked me through getting the device to re-register, and it is working! YAY AMAZON for paying attention and for the customer service! Faith restored!

REVISED - Amazon called same day so the customer service was awesome and made this bad review up. thank you Sean. Corrected most of the issues.Absolutely hands down the worst purchase ever from Amazon & we spend an inordinate amount of money with Amazon. These Amazon fire sticks are an absolute joke. Save yourself a lot of time, aggravation and money. We have solid cable service from a reputable company however, these fire sticks do not do what they are supposed to. I will gladly change my review to positive if I could get some product support which was next to non-existent. When I did call, the support was as clueless as myself. I could hear him typing and searching for possible solutions and he simply didn't know how to fix our issue. We continue to get a Decoder Error. The volume goes out or the cable just times out. I have no problem with the other TVs with a cable box but the TVs with fire sticks were a complete waste of money & they do not work. Would nice to get some customer support that could rectify the constant Decoder Error issue. How does Amazon sell a product and not have proper customer support in place to help assist customers resolve their issues...

I really love this Fire Stick and when I became a widow this device helps me save money from contracted cable companies . I love watching Tubi and having options to get subscriptions without a contract .
