Le vendeur a été très proactif et m'a offert un remboursement pour la mauvaise charge avant même que le produit soit livré.Cela fait une semaine que nous avons le collier et nous l'avons charger seulement une fois.Nous utilisons seulement le mode vibration. Essayer le mode électrique sur vous avant de l'essayer sur votre chien, vous comprendrez....

This product was delivered real quick! The product fits well on my labrador and I do not have to adjust it at all during the day. The collar might be too long for smaller dogs but that could be easily resolved. My lab has responded positively to the vibration mode for recalls though he was puzzled at the start. Remember to start at the lowest figure and adjust it to your dog's reaction. Overall a good product and value for money. I'm already seeing results. And I don't have to be tangled up with a long line for off leash training.

Sent a European plug for charging. And clicker didn't sync with collar and the clicker won't link. The company has reached out to try and solve the issues. Reason for 4 stars.

I bought this item for my border collie who likes to chase. It works well when the prongs can contact him, but the prongs are too short to effectively reach through his hair. It'll work the very first time I put it on, but it slides around and then the prongs lose contact. I have it as tight as I dare put it, but it just slides around on his long hair. I've also noticed that after 7 months, the battery life has declined a lot. I'm charging the collar much more often now. I would recommend this product if you have a short haired dog, but not if it's a long hair breed.
