This bullet antenna fit the OEM antenna stud and tightened down nicely. Less than one minute to remove old antenna and install this bullet antenna. It feels very secure with no signs of wobble or coming loose. I have had zero issues with losing station reception even on the AM side. It is a nice lower priced upgrade that adds to the looks of my wrangler. I am happy with the looks and function of this bullet antenna and would recommend it as a nice inexpensive upgrade to any wrangler.

I love the look of this antenna and the lack of signal didn't bother me. I had it for only two weeks when I leaned against it to raise my windshield wipers and just like that it snapped off. Now I'm stuck with a sheered off pin in my antenna mount that I have to figure out how to fish out of there.

Of course when you go to a small antenna the reception is just gonna be worse that’s just the way it is. I will say though this antenna will get you by for short drives when you don’t care what is on the radio. I would recommend only buying this product if you have Bluetooth and use it. It looks really good and gets rid of that annoying antenna.

What can I say. looks great BUT!!. I live in North central NC abt 30 - 40 miles from the Raleigh/Durham area. Out of the 5 preselected stations I normally listen to, only one came in clear w/o losing sound or major drifting. Not good for a country person. Gonna put stock back on. Looked good though.
