May I choose all saddles to be 72mm as the saddle slot for my guitar is such length?

They are both 74mm len, you can shorten the bone, the other way around is not possible. For a 72mm guitar bridge slot, just shorten 1mm on each side (about 4 hairs).

Do you have a 48mm x 6mm?

I was planning to use these on a Gibson with 12" fretboard radius. I see this is 400mm, so maybe closer to 16"? Did I get the wrong saddles?

Yes, that probably won’t work well, even if it was only 2 degrees off, like the saddles were 14 that’s kind of pushing it, 4 degrees off is a bit much 😕
