This thing is amazing. Very sturdy material. Assembly will take tiring 2 hours. Other than that its a great buy. Long term use will be updated later.

The Good- Assembly wasn't difficult but the instructions could use a lot of improvement.- Cushion is ok, doesn't feel hard or uncomfortable after a month of regular use.- Heavy enough not to slide even on ceramic tiles.The not so good- After every Level adjustment there is a "click" that happens once to lie on it ... seems the sliding block that adjusts the levels is slightly bigger than the bar it slides over. It is no biggy , just hope it doesn't compromise the safety after longer periods of use.- The edges of the metal bars are sheilded by plastic that seems to come off easily while moving the bench around ... wouldve really preffered a better fitting or even rubber coating for the edges.All in all , I would recommend this ... its sturdy and so far gets the job done.

The product listing claims 300kg load limit. It is misleading, as the assembly manual states that the limit is only 120kg. (Worrisome!) Besides, the build quality seems average at best. (E.g., flimsy, cardboard-grade cushions and only partial joint welds!) The gym bench might work for some, but doesn't for me. It is such a letdown that I am choosing not even to unwrap more parts. This shopping experience reminds me of the saying, "You get what you pay for." Want high quality? Don't expect it of a value-priced (to put it kindly) product.

Build quality of the bench is superb. Made with good quality metal, the nut bolts are made of stainless steel. installation is a bit tough. one suuggestion is to make the installation guide a bit easy.
