Very similar to Archer & Olive
I fell off the bullet journal bandwagon in 2020 (who didn't?), so I tried to avoid a pricey journal for 2021. Loving the aesthetic and quality of Archer & Olive, I started looking for comparable notebooks. Here is a comparison between this notebook and A&O:-Grid: Both have a .5 dot grid. This notebook is 27 dots wide and 40 dots long. A&O is 27 dots wide and 39 dots long. I prefer this notebook, as there is an extra dot in length and more margin around the dots along the edges of the page. See pictures for comparison.-Size: Both notebooks are A5. This notebook is slightly taller, to make up for the extra dot in length. They have the same width. You can see this size difference in my pictures.-Page color: Both notebooks feature white paper. A&O’s pages are slightly creamier with blue-grey dots, while this notebook has slightly whiter paper with monotone grey dots. The difference is barely discernible.-Thickness: Obviously, this notebook is thicker. It has 40 more pages than A&O. I do not love the index and key pages (4 total) that make up the entry to this notebook.-Cover: The A&O journal is made with a smooth vegan “leather”, while this notebook has a paperboard cover that is slightly slippery. I don’t mind the difference, but good to note. The “NOTEBOOK” title on this notebook is also embossed gold—looks pretty nice!-Packaging: This notebook comes in a cute box, like most (but not all A&O). The box pattern did not match the cover style I ordered, which was a slight bummer. Still cute though. I guess the extra stickers made up for it!Cost: At time of purchase, this notebook was about $25 and the comparable Archer and Olive notebook is $32. An $8 difference, but Amazon has much faster shipping.Overall: I would buy this again as an A&O dupe. The internal quality is the same. If I ever want a slightly more high-quality cover, I might purchase the A&O notebooks. The faster shipping method pulls this notebook slightly ahead.

Just like Archer & Olive, but little bit better value
I LOVE Archer and Olive notebooks...this has a very similar feel and look to it BUT with 200 pages AND stickers included, for less money. It does appear to be made in the USA, which is very important to me as well

This would make a very pretty gift!
This is a beautiful journal, not least because of the gorgeous box it comes in! I especially love the rich tone of the 3 ribbon bookmarks (and the fact that it has 3 bookmarks!). The included stickers are also very chic - in tones to match the journal; I really enjoyed their grown-up aesthetic. The pages are thick and sturdy, they are bound firmly and well, and the entire journal is very well made. It also comes with a generous 200 pages - which does make the journal very heavy, but it's good for those who want more pages than the norm. The only negative was the fact that Amazon delivered it in rather poor condition: the pretty decorative box was bashed in two corners and I couldn't gift this as I'd intended and had to return it (but that's not the fault of the journal).

High Quality BuJo!
Ordered A5 Leaf Pattern Hardcover Dot Grid Journal. Been BuJo'ing for 5 years. Love this one. Here's the details:1. When ordering, important to note what kind of cover it is. They have hardcover, metallic and linen covers. I'm picky and the feel makes a difference to me. Love the smooth feel of the hardcover.2. Paper is thick and there are over 200 pages so it is a full inch deep. Previous BuJo's are 3/4" thick.3. Markings on page are easy to see. I ordered Ryder Carroll's Edition 2. Markings were so light that with my early cataracts I cannot see them, even in bright light.4. Tested a variety of pens...no bleed through. My favorite is a Pilot G-2 .05. In some journals it dries slowly and smears easily. Not this one. I don't paint so can't address that concern.5. Felt very special opening the reusable box, the internal paper wrapping and seeing a Thank You note.Went back to order a second one because I liked it so much. Always like to have one in reserve.

Quality product
This is my first journal purchase. After much research I settled on this journal. I’m very very very happy with the quality of this journal. Although I don’t have anything historically to compare this to, but it is a quality product. I’m a novice @ bujo, but I know quality in a product when I see it. Don’t think twice, go ahead... swipe buy now. You won’t regret it ☺️Thanks!
