Missing Item!!
I love the quality and it’s so cute however I ordered this and the first time it came without the hat. So i checked the description to make sure and reordered another one and the hat is missing AGAIN!! Very disappointed:(

Dog's Party Supplies (missing item)
It was of excellent quality. Looked exactly like the pictures. Fitted my medium- large dog perfectly. Would have gotten a 5 star rating if they sent all items. However, I did not recieve the little blue party hat.
