After having my bloods done my doctor said my estrogen was high and I should try something natural before going down the stronger route. 10 days in and I’m shocked by the results of this stuff. I can’t speak for the blocking estrogen side of this Insynergy product, but I can for the other benefits. My pains are feeling less achy and I get less tired, I’m so pleased I found these Insynergy Estro Guard, as I said earlier-they’re a revelation.

As with most supplements, it’s not easy to pin point performance benefits but these are easy to swallow with no aftertaste and no adverse side effects.
