Men's Packable Lightweight Water-Resistant Puffer Jacket (Available in Big & Tall)

I am really enjoying this jacket! I bought the camo color first. Primarily to have a packable, light-weight, but warm jacket for motorcycle riding, and cold days in my kayak. It is amazing! Certainly deserving of 5 stars. It has replaced my leather bomber jacket, which was warm but heavy. This jacket appears to be very well made, the large fits me well, (I'm 5'11" 190lbs). On my motorcycle at 50mph wind does not get through! There are 2 deep pockets inside. And the two outside pockets are deep enough and have zippers! I like it so much I bought a second one in dark grey for a more dressed up look.

I bought this to take on a trip through the UK, France, and Italy. The jacket I purchased is yellow. I wanted something that would be adequately warm on a cool spring day so I wouldn’t have to bring another sweatshirt or have to pack long sleeve shirts. I also wanted something that folded up very small as I was only taking a backpack for 10 days. This jacket fit the bill perfectly. It comes with a bag which will compress the jacket down to about the size of a smaller shoe, but the way I found best to pack it was to fold it into quarters, flat, and put it on top of my clothes in my backpack. The jacket would compress almost completely flat, adding almost no bulk to my bag. It was like a magic trick how small it became. When I wanted to have it handy, but did not want to carry it, I would stick it through the handle of my backpack, pulling it halfway through, and it would stay there securely when I put my bag into overhead luggage storage on the Italo and Eurostar, making to easy to grab if I became cold. There were some cold and very windy evenings and nights when we were in London and Paris (50 degrees F, with a strong breeze coming off the Thames and Seine) and this jacket kept me warm with just a t-shirt on underneath. I encountered a brief rain shower on the Path of the Gods and stayed dry and the jacket dried pretty quickly. I can’t speak to how well it would perform in a heavy downpour as that was the only rain I experienced during my trip. Overall, this jacket was perfect for me and at the price point, I was not going to be upset if it got lost, stolen, or ruined. After being stuffed in my bag over and over and shoved into overhead storage, the jacket still looks brand new. Not to mention it looked stylish in all of the photos my wife and I took! I am 6’6” and weigh about 190lbs and I bought a large. It fit well without a lot of extra bulk and the sleeves were long enough for my wingspan. 10/10, would recommend!

The stitching quality is solid, and the jacket feels sturdy enough for regular winter use. It’s very soft and comfortable.The zipper works smoothly, and the hood provides nice extra protection on windy days.I also like how lightweight it is without compromising warmth.The only downside is the length runs a little big, but overall it’s still a great jacket.

I bought this Amazon Essentials packable puffer jacket for my husband, and we're both very happy with it.The Red Earth color is even more beautiful in person and honestly makes him look much younger!Sizing runs a little large: he usually wears an XL, but | ordered a Large, and it fits him perfectly and looks great.The jacket is lightweight but still warm, and the material feels soft and comfortable.Most importantly, he really likes it-which says a lot because he already has a closet full of jacketsI can already tell this will be onehe reaches for often.Highly recommend!

Ok first we have to remember that this is a 25 dollar jacket. That being said, I am very happy with it. Living in the Colorado mountains I bought this as an in between jacket to wear when my heavy coat is too warm, and a hoodie is too cold.It is warm enough and is perfect for the job. However today it was about 30 degrees and very windy, and this jacket cannot handle that. I would recommend only wearing it above freezing temperatures.The fit. I am 6 foot, nearly 200 lbs. waist 32, shoulders pretty broad. I run into this problem with most clothing where I have to buy Large to fit my shoulders, but the waist is way too big. This jacket is cut to fit most body types, but if you’re similar to me then you probably deal with this all the time anyway. Not a big deal, but I’m definitely glad I didn’t order a medium because Large is just enough for my shoulders.Anyway I can honestly recommend this jacket, it’s very cheap, packs nicely into the included bag, and does the job just as well as a packable north face I used to have

I have an athletic build and stand at 5’7”. I ordered a medium and large because I wasn’t sure which would fit best. I went with the large because we were traveling to Japan and I didn’t want it to be too tight if I was carrying extra items in the pockets.Fit: I have fairly broad shoulders and chest, so the large fit best in that area. The length on the large was a bit long and went to mid thigh and loose around my waist, so the medium fit well at my waist and the length was just right, but a little tight at the shoulder/chest. If the large had a tighter waist and shorter length it would have been perfect for my build. That being said, I took the large on the trip and was very pleased.Durability/Water Resistant: We had a day of about 5 hours of consistent/moderate rain with no umbrella, and I never had moisture get through to my shirt under the jacket. It is also quite lightweight, but worked well keeping me warm against the wind (it got down to the 20’s and teens, F).I would highly recommend this jacket.

For the price it’s a ok jacket. It’s great that it comes with a travel bag. Has 2 zippered outside pockets, 2 large inside pockets. The main zipper seems sturdy and glides smoothly. The cons…. The jacket has little to no fill… it has never gotten thicker, even putting it in the dryer! The color is a strange red. Not a maroon or a dark red as advertised. For 30$ I’ll keep it but not really a fan…….

I got real lucky because this jacket has been a real surprise, the fit is perfect. It keeps you warm on cold days and it's rain resistant. And it looks great on, along with a great price.
