Edit: the customer service I received by the company was amazing. I am receiving a full refund because the product didn't work as expected --- they contacted me to get it straightened out. I'm thinking thisncompany just won some major points and I'm hoping I can find more products they sell to give them another try.Beware...while this does cut things, it is not what it seems. The blades are not very sharp and actually make more of a mess than just chopping it with a regular knife. Not very impressive.
