So glad this is on Amazon!!!
I have literally tried all vegan protein powders going back to 2016. It was a very long, and sad journey of constant disappointments left and right. They were either too expensive, too chalky, overpoweringly sweetened with stevia leaf or monk fruit, or they didnt mix well at all, had a weird aftertaste, or worse, they settle and form the quicksand of death at the bottom of your cup if you dont chug it.Huel has several tiers of protein powder. This Complete line, is my favorite in terms of macros, taste, and cost. I like it by itself in cold water, or with instant coffee, or if I am feeling adventurous - with greens powder. Its perfect for a snack, or double up for a light meal on the go. (Depending on your needs, Im not a top level body builder, but I am a mighty mouse. 😎)The perfect way to get this fully incorporated is one of those little hand held coffee frothers. I got one made by Foodville, here on Amazon, and its super powerful. Mixing on medium ensures the liquid stays in the cup, and the powders get dissolved properly. Unlike other powders (looking at you Garden of Life), this doesnt froth at all! Its great! The Huel Complete Protein line is very versatile. I really like all the flavors, this vanilla one is my go to for coffee when I first get up. The strawberry is great for sweet cravings. Add some lemon juice and someplain vegan yogurt to that one and you can have a strawberry lemon cheesecake. The chocolate one, add some cinnamon and cayenne for a Mexican "hot chocolate", or add coconut cream and almond butter for an Almond Joy shake. Mix both the chocolate and strawberry powders together for chocolate covered strawberries. Put some blitzed mint leaves or you could cheat and use drops, for an Andes after dinner chocolate shake.Im also grateful for not having to pay $40 in shipping by going to the Huel site every time I need to stock up. I like the discounts for military/student/healthcare available on their site, but that quickly disappears to nothing thanks to the various levels of shipping. On a side note, unfortunately, they are not selling their instant meals or instant cups here on Amazon yet. I am pretty wary of 3rd party sellers after being burned, so I will wait to see the, “sold by Huel, shipped by Amazon” tag.If you work really long days, and are super tired when you get home, those instant meals are an easy 400calories. Add in some Dang chick’n, edamame, frozen broccoli (or veg of choice) and in 6 minutes you can a good tasting 600+ calorie meal. So yeah, Huel!!! Step it up and list those too!!!Thank you for coming to my Huel Ted talk. Please try the flavors. I wasnt really a fan of their Black line, even though the macros were really nice, I couldnt make it through a bag. This complete line, for me anyway, is the one I chose to settle down with, have kids, a well manicured lawn and a white picket fence. Highly recommend. 10/10. Happy mixing!

Freaking delicious!
I began using Huel recently because a nerve blocker I am taking for an injury has killed my appetite and I began losing muscle mass rapidly. This product is helping to save my muscle, no joke. I am drinking 2 of these a day (3 when I can manage) to help get in the protein and calcium I can't get by diet alone right now. The taste is wonderful, it mixes easily with water, Almond milk, Oat milk or regular milk. I can mix it in a shaker bottle with just ice cubes, in a glass with a whisk or in a blender with fruit as a smoothie. There is no grittiness or 'off' taste. I have tried the vanilla & the chocolate and love them both. Bonus is I'm also getting some vitamins and the full essential amino acid profile. My son-in-law turned me onto Huel & I am 100% sold.3/14/25-Update- Still using this protein mix daily. A hand blender makes it super creamy. Highly recommend!

Taste is meh but it’s easy protein
This stuff is great in theory - nutritionally complete, lots of protein, low calories. With that said, I’ve tried both chocolate and vanilla and they do not taste great, nor do they mix well if you don’t use a blender. But to me it’s tolerable. If you want a smooth shake, you definitely need to blend them extremely well, otherwise you get chunks of wet powder in your mouth that aren’t pleasant.I’m currently trying to gain muscle though and these are really, really helping. I’m replacing two meals a day with a shake made with 2 scoops of powder and getting an easy 80g protein. If you’re not put off by the taste of vitamins/protein and looking for something to achieve your goals then this stuff is great. Just don’t expect it to taste as good as some other dessert flavored powders.

Brownie of disappointment
I want to start by saying I love huel, my husband and I have been drinking it for years. We loved the peanut butter, chocolate and carmel Machiato flavor and I would recommend getting them over the chocolate fudge brownie. That is by far the worst flavor I have ever bought, it even has a sour, gone bad taste. So glad I only got the small bag but still a waste of money.

First time buyer and I love this product.
The flavor is great and it blends really well.

Strawberry is a game changer
Strawberry with Fairlife Milk instead of water. Use a blender as it is thicker this method. Divine. I’ve been using Huel for years and never deviated from chocolate, so glad I did. I’ll be buying this more regularly now. Def recommend.

Certainly doesn’t taste like a brownie…
The taste of this stuff is absolutely foul. Kinda have to plug your nose and choke it down. I spent $35 so I’m going to use the bag up, but probably won’t be buying it again. The texture and thickness is a little much, almost seems like you need more than the suggested 6oz of water. Was looking for a vegan protein option but I might have to keep searching.

Weird aftertaste
I like the amount of protein this gives you and the low calories. It does have a weird aftertaste.I first tried it in my hot chai thinking I could stir it to blend. That was a disaster. It was clumpy and way too thick. I had to dump it down the drain.I next tried it in a blender with 10 Oz. of almond milk, a cup of frozen cherries and a stevia packet. I got the chocolate brownie flavor. That was pretty good, but the aftertaste is a bit off-putting.I've had other brands of protein powder that taste better. I won't buy this brand again. It seems expensive to me, too.My son buys this brand directly from the company website. That might be cheaper.
