This is my favorite hair styling product, it never leaves my hair greasy or sticky and washes out super easily. I apply on my hands a small amount and mix in a couple drops of water then rub my palms and apply to hair.

My favorite and go-to wax for my thick asian hair. Was previously using Gatsby but I would lose hold and volume after a few hours. Dashu is the only wax that holds my hair all day and allows for restyling- sometimes I find myself liking my end of day hair more than beginning of day 😅 Nice clean matte look, neutral scent and extremely tacky. I find it much easier to apply with warm damp hands as it helps with emulsifying the wax in my hands. Best part is this is the only hair product I use - no need for pomade, mousse, and hair spray like my brother haha.

I like to use it because it is a good quality paste, you have to be careful with the amount because with just one touch of your finger you can comb all your hair, you can also use a drop of water on top of the product then rub it with your hand to be able to use it better in your hair. It can last up to six hours or a little more depending on the amount you put in your hair and it also has a little shine you could say it is stronger and stiffer than shiny. I recommend it.

A little goes a long way to hold hair in place without too much stickiness. Needs a little water to soften out the initial thickness to be able to apply on hair easily.

Strong, but it's too thick to spread to hair and causes pulling.

First of all unless you can read Korean, you won’t be able to know how to use the product because there’s no English translation on the jar! Also good luck washing it out of your hair because it does NOT “easily wash out” as described! Leaves a heavy residue like glue even after multiple washes!! Will not purchase again.

I have straight Asian hair about 2 inches long. Used about the size of a quarter coin on the top of my head to get it all spiky (shaved all around). The hold is great, not shiny though, but can reshape it all day without the hair getting flaky!

This stuff holds. If you're going for a textured, clean look that stays put all day without turning into crunchy Lego hair, this is it. A little goes a long way. Dropped a star only because the price is cheaper in asian super markets. If you're tired of drugstore stuff that quits by noon, give this a shot.
