My husband takes this supplement to prevent muscle spasms, and he reports that it works well. He experiences no side effects. I initially purchased this bottle for my own use, but have learned that the glycinate form causes breathing problems for me, including not allowing me to finish a yawn, and more concerning, difficulty taking a full breath, and at times a feeling of air hunger. It really scared me! So I tried another mag glycinate brand, and it started to do the same thing, so I concluded that it was due to that specific form of magnesium, not a particular brand. I brought this up in a Facebook magnesium group, and a few others (in a group of thousands) stated that they experienced breathing related side effects with the glycinate form of magnesium as well. It appears to be a rare occurring side effect, but if this happens to you, you're not alone.

I bought this product in hopes that i could more quality sleep and i could relax, they say it's a high absorption product, however it doesn't work, I feel that i didn't take anything. this is a useless product.
