I think it froze before delivery. Very clumpy

Buyer Beware! do NOT go by the picture!
BEFORE purchasing, you should note that the picture doesn't match the description - the picture shows a 16oz container. What you're actually buying is a 4 oz container. Shame on me for not reading the description, but shame on you, the merchant, for being deliberately deceptive. I realize we're in inflationary times, but-fluorescent or not-25 bucks for 4 ounces of paint seems a bit excessive.

Transparent
No matter how much you mix it, stays transparent. Didn’t expect this from One Shot. Had to paint a base coat of white and still came out streaky.

Paint was a bit runny. Color was good. Had to a lot of touching up. Wish it would have been a latex.
