No letter R or W - is this a mistake? I need both!

I'm not sure why these letters are omitted; However, the M can represent your W in the tie punitive just turns and it would like great any other letters are questions I would contact the manufacturer. They are usually happy to accommodate if you have a little patience

They haven't turned colors yet...... Actually all of the items I've purchased for the tie have helped up well (praying hands, saxophone, Bible etc.)
