Firstly the Rino4Pro-blue is not the actual Rino 4 Pro phone. Not sure if this is a mistake or a intentional scam, but the phone is not genuine - check any other website for details of this phone or YouTube reviews (looks the same but differences). Secondly the images clearly show dual sim functionality however the phone does not have this functionality. On realising this I checked the fine print in the product description which describe 1 SIM functionality only.Last thing to note is the phone comes with no branding on the packages or box. Reno or Opposite is not mentioned or branded anywhere - so at worst case this is a scam, and best case a very old version of the phone with grossly misleading pictures.No time really to return and get another phone as I just need this to received texts; but, Amazon, if you read this would appreciate a refund or gift voucher - thanks.

Sim card area bent when putting in the sim card, rendering the sim stuck. In taking the sum out the sim area cracked.No instructions either apart from a small slip of badly worded English which was no use and offered no assistance on inserting sim or sd cards.

Needed another phone that was basic, cheaper than the usual. Found this…. What a waste of money. It doesn’t take any sim cards in, it doesn’t connect to the internet well. Not a good phone at all. Will not be buying again.Very disappointed!

Bought as a backup phone for the whole family. Phones can fail suddenly and these days it's hard to be without one.This takes a nano SIM. It is a small smartphone. The case is hard plastic. The screen is as expected for the price. The memory is quite small.But - it all works. Easy to use as a phone. Easy to text. Connects to wi fi .

Wanted a simple first phone for daughter. This one seemed to do the job well, but within a couple of weeks it started error messages and so became completely useless. Will be asking for my money back

You just can’t go wrong with this smartphone for its price. It's thin and I love the colour, it have 2 SIM cards and good battery life. Social media app are already installed.

Good value for money, great little phone for what I needed!! No fuss, just simple! Camera medium quality pictures. Good budget phone in the end.

Great lil phone but very small memory so limited downloads - I wanted to download Zenly for my daughter for safety and the phone wouldnt accept it.Otherwise, its a smart little number and it is worth the money.Just get an SD card!
