The Nutripro grinder mixer performs very well. It provides smooth and consistent mixing with relatively less noise, which makes it comfortable to use. I did face an issue after about one month of use—the mixer started getting stuck and making an abnormal sound. However, the Nutripro/Cookwell team responded quickly and helped me with a replacement. The replacement unit is now working very smoothly and perfectly. Overall, I am satisfied with the product as well as the customer support. I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Using this NutriPro mixer for a while now and so far I’m happy with it. I mostly use it for banana shakes, dry fruit shakes and chutneys. I also grind dry fruits in it and it works pretty well. The power is good and everything gets mixed nicely. Overall, I like it and it’s been useful for my daily kitchen work.
