I used once but the cord has exposed wire now. I don't know how that happened? Can't use anymore because cord or adapter is broken. I'm sad because it was perfect for me. Where can I get a new adapter plug?

This was everything I wanted it to be. I have lymphedema with polyneuropathy. I sit a lot to do my work and my legs and feet swell terribly and go numb. This worked well to keep my circulation moving and limit swelling and numbing. Due to my chronic condition I am weak so it took a lot of effort for me to get on and off. If you are of average strength there should be no problem. I returned mine due to a factory defect and received a full refund as well as receiving free of charge an easier one for me to use. This product has great customer support.

It really relieves my legs pain! I stand a lot all day, no matter what shoes I wear, my legs hurt after standing for a few hours, but this massager takes away the pain. I found the shiatsu massaging balls for the feet to be harsh/too strong on my feet, but I fixed that problem by covering the feet part with 2 hand towels to make it more comfortable, it now works like a charm. I wish it relieved my legs water retention too. It actually makes it worse on my ankles. Oh well, at least I'm no longer in pain. 👍🏻

I did not receive the adapter that was supposed to come with the massager, therefore am unable to use the massager. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to using it.
