Something very wrong with the batteries I purchased. They drained very very quickly and a few did not work. I decided to get my volt meter out and test them. Of the 5 I had left (brand new and unused), 3 were unusable because they were too low in voltage and only 2 had usable voltage (1.5+v).This leads me to concluding either I was sent a faulty, counterfeit or somehow used batch.

Quality batteries. Chose these as they got a Which magazine Best Buy. Very pleased with them.

I bought these for my wireless keyboard and mouse the batteries lasted over a year if they last that long i'll be happy!

These are my go-to battery for my my nitro RC car and helicopter controllers they last very well and are very reliable

Excellent batteries at a good price. Technically they out-perform all AA Duracells, which might come as something as a surprise to many. You can get more milliamps per pound, but that is only because some batteries (notably IKEA) are incredibly cheap to buy. Varta batteries are yet another shining example of German technology.
