The book is informative and inspiring to any person on their journey to growth, leadership, and success. The only downside was the construction or assembling of the book. When the book arrived and I opened it two pages fell out because they had not been properly attached to the spine of the book.

I really enjoyed the book, it gives the perspective of many chiefs. It shows them in more of a human way showing they have flaws and made mistakes and have had barriers to overcome.It was refreshing to see the overwhelming theme of understanding in our highest leaders is to take care of our people.I wish it was longer and ended with a chapter with Chief Kelly explaining why each topic is important to her. Maybe next edition?Outstanding overall and definitely helped me grow. Thank you!
