Very disappointed but not surprised. Went against the bad reviews and still went ahead and bought this. Must be over priced junk because this is my second time ordering from Stl and getting completely F***ked. I ordered a set of under cover visor lights and when they arrived they didn't work but bc I didn't install them right away the company took no accountability. Now wth this light bar I just ordered, I don't have it and have no product and just spent 200$ and have the cameras from my property showing no ups or any deliverys I will be putting in motion the steps to get STL taken off Amazon bc this isn't the first of poor quality and poor customer service. Who screws over fire departments ? These people do. Majority of big names have warranties and are supportive of first responders and there departments but not STL.

I’ve ordered from them a few times and always been satisfied with them, on the occasion when I ordered something and had issues with it I’ve contacted them immediately for replacement parts. I’ll always test the product when they come in even if I’m not gonna use it right way. I definitely will be ordering from them again.

When you buy this emergency equipment for an emergency vehicle you expect it to work out of the box very dissatisfied with your products as a far should’ve went with Waylon or code 3
