What is the C/W button? How to adjust warm light/natural light/cool light?

HI Rejane L. Press the C/W button to switch the conventional lighting mode. By scrolling the lower scroll wheel, you can adjust the color temperature (warm light/natural light/cool light), and by scrolling the upper scroll wheel, you can adjust the brightness of the light

Can it flash multiple colours? For example, flashing red and blue to simulate cop lights or something. Would that be possible?

HI Parker！ Yes, it has a red-blue jump mode, as well as a six-color jump mode. You can also adjust the blinking speed steplessly

Are the buttons of the controller easy to press?

HI friend It is very easy to press. Compared with other ring lights that use plastic, we use silicone material, which has a better feel and a more humanity design. In addition, we also use a pulley design, which is more convenient and quick to adjust the brightness, color temperature, and light speed

Why is my ring light stuck on blue? The colors won’t change only at the bottom?

I'm going to need a bit more information than that to identify a problem. But off hand. It sounds like your remote/wire is broken.
