I was looking to get a coffee machine which can grind the beans and make it fresh in the morning when I wake up. This machine is excellent. I put my organic fresh coffee bean before I sleep, and set the timer, when i wake up I can smell my coffee, ready to go in the morning. It is not really complicated. Simple design and smart features. You can use also ground coffee but it is not same as fresh beans. Cleaning is very easy you can take it out and rinse it. Takes 2 min to clean and it is ready for next time. I highly recommend this.

This coffee machine is great. It is easy to use and saves space. It has different modes: whole beans and ground coffee. It can also set reservation, which is suitable for students and office workers. It is easy to clean after each use. I am satisfied with this purchase.

12 cups???! Really?

Un packed the coffee maker and found the top for the Carafe cracked and the center of the top broken out completely. The coffee maker is extremely slow brewing. It takes 8 minutes to brew 2 cups of coffee. In general a real piece of trash but shipping and packaging back up to send back is more of a waste. Take it as a lesson learned. Will purchase something else later after I have moved into the new house.
