Works as expected

Used this for the past 2 weeks and I can say that it definitely gets rid of white heads but may not reach deeper black heads. I would advise getting a strip first then using this habitually. I think as a maintenance device for blackheads before they get too deep this works great. Its abrasive but not too much and exfoliates well!

I purchased this item to help remove dandruff from my scalp after seeing someone on social media using one and it definitely does do the trick! I’m a black woman and typically we like to use combs to scratch the dandruff up but this tool is very gentle on the scalp and gives less irritations to the scalp and less damage to the hair follicle.

This is a real review, not a paid one. It seems well made but I honestly don’t think it cleans pores as much as its hyped to be.

This works really well if you use it correctly! It won’t do its job if you’re using it on completely dry skin. I recommend using a facial steamer, using it straight out of the shower, or cover your face with a warm cloth for a few minutes to moisten your skin. After my first use I already noticed a difference, my pores weren’t as dark and the gunk that came out of my nose and chin was gross, lol. Definitely a good tool to have!

The item worked fine in regards to doing what it was supposed to do. The silicone pad attachments were useless because once the thin spatula was covered with it, it couldn't vibrate as well as it normally does. The charging dock looked good, but the cable will need a brick provided by you to connect to an outlet. Additionally, the dock requires you to carefully match up the straight pins to the device in order to charge, which could be an issue if you aren't careful. It holds its charge fine, which made me realize that I probably don't need a charging dock and could do with the other models that don't have it.The only reason I returned it was because of the design of the product. They had the smart idea to incorporate an electrical conducting component on the sides of the handle (the silver part on the sides) and from time to time when using it, it shocks me like a dc battery would (if you know, you know). Unless you like jolts to wake you up or want to build a tolerance to electricity running in your veins, I would avoid this particular brand/design.
