I purchased this as a hospital cage for my 4 birds so if one gets sick I can isolate him from the others untill he gets better. I've only used it once for one budgie to separate him from his cage mate as he started picking on him so he had 'time out' in this cage. I wouldn't keep him in there for more than a couple of hours as I find it a tad small but it's a great 'time out/hospital' cage

I needed a smaller cage to be able to transport my cockatiel from its large daytime cage into a secure bedroom at night, away from the cat! The big cage is too heavy to keep moving. It had to be big enough for the bird to spread its wings. Checked all the measurements, this was ideal. It was very easy to put together. I personally thought it was a wee bit flimsy, so I secured parts of it with pieces of wire, but that’s me, possibly worry unduly. The drawer pulls out to replace sand sheets, that’s easy. I do find It difficult sometimes to get the seed from where the base meets the wire cage but that’s a minor problem. Overall I am very pleased. Certainly a lot cheaper than buying from a pet store!I’m sure thinking that’s where the next dinner is coming from!!

This cage is great I have a flight less bird and I was always worried about her falling off purchs but she has been in it now for a week and I know she loves it as she's all over itThe bars are great for her. I'm going to buying another one for my bird I've had for 30 years he will love it to as he keeps going in there and she's gets very 😡 upset lol

I'm usually really picky when it comes to finding a new cage for my birds. This time I wanted to get something better for my single Lovebird and needless to say that one look at this and its reviews had me sold.The shipping was extremely quick and it arrived the day after I purchased it. It's was also really easy to assemble and took me about 10 minutes to do so alone, and can definitely say that the width in between the bars are a perfect size. With the amount of toys that my lovie has, I've managed to include all of them so that he's not missing out.My only real issue with this is how poorly placed the sliders for the feeders are. They're located at the back (on the sides) but at the very bottom, and unfortunately not all birds like going down to the floor. Instead I just placed metal bowls around his cage suited to his comfort level.The second minor problem was how the perches that came with it are a bit too long and will try to stretch the frame unless you place them at an angle. However it's not that big of an issue considering I use my own perches.I personally think that it's for birds like budgies and lovebirds, however I do think it would be fine as some sort of night or travel cage for a single cockatiel. The way it opens at the top and the two doors at the front make it super practical for your bird.All in all, I think this is a great find for its price. Super pleased with this. :)

Its pretty small for a bird cage i mean birds are meant to fly so if you do get this cage id recommend you let your birds out all day and only keep them at night but its exactly as described so i aint complain just be careful and treat your pets how they should be treated
