Complete kit! Worth the money!
Great product, lots of mounting options. Everything included in this kit that your need! After a week of use in my home bungee cords seem like their fraying a little. I may reach out to costumer service, if they get worse in the next few days I will.

gifted to son in law, seems to really like it so far. I guess we'll wait to see how long it last, but so far so good.He uses this as part of his daily work out and is happy with the product.

The bag works as advertised. Good quality and I enjoy using it to work on hand eye coordination. Had a problem with the item but the seller immediately sent a replacement. Great customer service.

Great Christmas Present
My wife purchased this for me as a Christmas present. I was worried after reading some of the reviews that it would not be a good quality bag, but it has exceeded my expectations! I did not use it in a door, but rather bought an eyelet and hooked it up in my garage. The bungee cords work really well and provide a good range of tension. Having boxed for 10 years, this is the closest you can get to a gyms double end. Amazing product!
